I am using this memory card for saving Gamecube games on my softmodded Wii. I am USB loading the games with Dios-Mios. That being said, I doubt that it is my application that is causing this card to fail because it has a very difficult time recognizing the card even in the Wii data options.
Ok, don’t know why I’m doing this now but I bought it back in 2013 when I was 11. It’s a cheap price but with that you’ll expect some downsides. For example, (I still have mine by the way.) With my memory card you’ll need to push it in with force not because it’s big (its a perfect size) but because it has trouble reading it. It’ll constantly not recognize until you find the sweet spot. You won’t be moving the gamecube around anyway so I think it’s a pretty good deal. But still, could be been just a tiny bit better.
Size is probably the next biggest consideration when shopping SD memory cards. Think about how you take pictures. Do you like to go a long time in between downloads to your computer? Do you shoot with the RAW file format? Does your camera have a high megapixel count? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you might need a large SD card of 32GB or more.
